It's not an issue with Windows OS because I have refreshed and reset the OS plenty of times but issue still exists. From a cold start it take more than 8 minutes. My laptop (Yoga 2 Pro) takes random time to boot up to the "Lenovo" screen, it takes more than 2 minutes.
